Parent/ guardian declaration I, (parent/ guardian) of the above named child agree that the registrant and I will abide by the Ligi Ndogo Rules & Regulations, regarding the possibilities of physical injury associated with training/ playing. I hereby indemnify Ligi Ndogo, it's sponsors & facilities used for this program against any claims by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the child's participation in the Ligi Ndogo programs & games.
